North Greenwood residents and volunteers from The Way to Happiness Association of Tampa Bay, the Church of Scientology and the Foundation for a Drug Free World continue to carry out neighborhood cleanups—one of 20 strategies named by the National Crime Prevention Council for reducing crime in a community. Volunteers also distribute copies of The Way to Happiness to residents and business owners. The commonsense guide to better living written by humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard provides a moral compass. It has brought calm to communities torn by violence, peace to areas ravaged by civil strife and self-respect to millions of individuals.
